Abstract


Latar belakang: Kelahiran Prematur merupakan salah satu faktor risiko yang berkontribusi terhadap kematian bayi. Penyebab kematian neonatal yang paling umum adalah Prematuritas dan Berat Bayi Lahir Rendah (BBLR) dan Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas perawatan kanguru pada bayi prematur. Metode: Scoping review ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, termasuk melakukan penilaian kritis, ekstraksi data, menganalisis dan melaporkan hasil. Hasil: Ada empat tema yang diambil yaitu perawatan kangguru karena mudah dalam pelaksanaannya, manfaatnya bagi fisik bayi, manfaat bagi orang tua bayi, dan manfaat dalam proses menyusui bayi. Simpulan: Penerapan perawatan kanguru pada bayi prematur memberikan manfaat bagi bayi, terutama fisiknya.
