Abstract


Latar belakang: Pada masa kehamilan, seiring dengan pembesaran perut maka pusat gravitasi berpindah kearah perut sehingga sering kali ibu hamil mengalami nyeri punggung yang berpengaruh pula pada kualitas tidur ibu khususnya di malam hari. Keluhan nyeri punggung dan sulit tidur yang dialami oleh ibu hamil tentunya tidak bisa dibiarkan begitu saja. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kesehatan selama kehamilan ialah dengan melakukan senam hamil. Tujuan penelitian: Diketahuinya efektivitas senam hamil terhadap nyeri punggung dan kualitas tidur ibu hamil trimester III. Metode : Desain penelitian menggunakan pre experimental design dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest design. Sampel ialah ibu hamil  trimester III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya sebanyak 27 ibu hamil yang diambil secara accidental sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t-Test dengan tingkat kesalahan (ɑ = 0,05). Hasil: Terdapat efek senam hamil terhadap nyeri punggung  dan kualitas tidur ibu hamil trimester III dengan hasil p-value yaitu 0,000. Background: During pregnancy, as the stomach enlarges, the center of gravity moves towards the stomach so that pregnant women often experience back pain which also affects the quality of the mother's sleep, especially at night. Complaints of back pain and sleeplessness experienced by pregnant women certainly cannot be ignored. One way to improve health during pregnancy is to do pregnancy exercise. Objective: To know the effectiveness of pregnancy exercise on back pain and sleep quality of third trimester pregnant women. Methods: The research design used a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest posttest design. The sample is third trimester pregnant women in the working area of the Sungai Kakap Public Health Center, Kubu Raya Regency, as many as 27 pregnant women who were taken by accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using the t-test with an error rate (ɑ = 0.05). Results: There is an effect of pregnancy exercise on back pain and sleep quality of third trimester pregnant women with a p-value of 0.000.
